Terms for Mhenga OS and Meta-connected usage

These terms describe the basic rules for using Uliza Mhenga, Mhenga OS, Web POS, and connected Meta API experiences.

Service scope

Uliza Mhenga provides business automation, sales support, customer communication, and operational tooling. Features may include Meta-connected messaging, sales capture, fulfilment support, analytics, and administrative controls.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for lawful use of the platform, accuracy of the business data they provide, protection of staff credentials, and compliance with platform rules that apply to their use of WhatsApp, Instagram, Threads, and other connected systems.

Acceptable use

Clients must not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, unauthorized data collection, deceptive practices, or activity that violates Meta platform requirements or harms customers.

Third-party platforms

Some features depend on third-party services, including Meta APIs. Availability, approvals, and policy changes by those platforms may affect how the service operates.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, non-payment, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or material violation of these terms.
