Request data deletion
This page provides the public deletion path required for connected Meta experiences and for clients using Mhenga OS services.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to admin@mhenga.com using the subject line Data deletion request.
What to include
- Business name
- Connected phone number, Instagram account, or Threads profile if applicable
- Any order, customer, or account identifiers that help us locate the correct records
- Name and email of the authorized requester
What happens next
We will verify the requester, review the systems affected, and process deletion or anonymization for eligible data. Records required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute handling may be retained where necessary.
Response window
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete eligible deletion within a reasonable operational window after identity and authority are confirmed.
